Kessie Karg is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. She provides therapy for individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns that feel difficult to change.
Many of Kessie’s clients are thoughtful, sensitive, and high-functioning individuals who are carrying significant emotional burdens. She offers therapy that helps clients understand their internal experiences with compassion while developing practical tools for healing, balance, and growth.
