Therapy for OCD, Trauma, and Neurodivergent-Affirming Care

Kessie Karg is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker who provides therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. She offers neurodivergent-affirming therapy for individuals with ADHD traits, sensory sensitivity, or experiences of feeling “different,” overwhelmed, or out of sync with the world around them. She works with clients who may identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or who are exploring whether ADHD or autism may be part of their experience.

Many of Kessie’s clients are thoughtful, sensitive, and high-functioning individuals who are carrying significant emotional burdens. She offers therapy that helps clients understand their internal experiences with compassion while developing practical tools for healing, balance, and growth.
