Kristen Nauta is a licensed clinical therapist in Michigan who provides therapy for teens, adults, parents, caregivers, and helping professionals (teachers, nurses, social workers) who are navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. She specializes in supporting women who feel overwhelmed by caregiving demands, school-related stress, neurodivergence, or the emotional weight of helping others.
Kristen has a particular focus on working with women during different life transitions, from pre-teen girls to women aging and growing into themselves during menopause. Kristen offers a grounded and compassionate space for clients who often put others first and are ready to receive support themselves.
