Raelynn Kuzmicz, LMSW is a board-certified therapist who has supported adults and teens navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges. Raelynn works with teens and adults who are navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, life transitions (divorce, grief/loss, identity changes, parenting challenges), or who are having difficulty with self-esteem and relationships.
Raelynn holds a certificate from the State of Michigan as a practitioner who can provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, she completed a Combat Veteran’s Certificate Program during her Clinical Social Work Master’s Degree program. She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic and Person-Centered Approaches.
Her approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. She believes meaningful change begins when clients feel genuinely seen and accepted.
