Some are students adjusting to college or young adults managing important transitions. Others are trying to make sense of long-standing patterns that no longer feel helpful.

Alissa works from a range of evidence-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based and compassion-focused practices, interpersonal work, and somatic awareness—tailoring the therapeutic work to support your goals in a way that feels grounded, collaborative, and meaningful.
